Our organic vegetable garden was planted using mulch and organic manure since November 2005, without any use of chemicals.  The garden produces an abundance of vegetables including cabbage, spinach, onions, carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, chillies and many others. Mathakheni uses methods such as companion planting and crop rotation.
